This works in tandem with our Weight-Inspekt grammage control system, forming a closed-loop system that automatically corrects the pump rate to maintain consistent adhesive grammage across all hydraulic zones.

The Weight-Inspekt system precisely measures adhesive coat weight independently of substrate thickness, working with the applicator’s gear pumps to maintain optimal grammage without disrupting production. Comprehensive historical data tracking allows operators to analyze defects and pinpoint their exact locations for streamlined processing in the slitting station.
